Brainstorm Toys Aurora Northern & Southern Lights Projector

An aurora is an amazing natural light show in the sky, most often seen in the Arctic and Antarctic regions. The name aurora comes from the Latin word meaning sunrise and was the name of the Roman goddess of the dawn. In the northern latitudes the aurora is called the aurora borealis or the Northern Lights. Boreas is the Greek name for the north wind. In the southern latitudes the aurora is called aurora australis or the Southern Lights. Australis means "of the south" in Latin. ; These lights have fascinated people throughout the ages and many travel thousands of miles just to see them but not everyone can make the journey to the Polar Region to witness this awe-inspiring spectacle. Now you can bring this amazing natural light show into your own home with the Aurora Projector. The projector uses multi-colour LEDs in eight different light modes to display moving Aurora lights onto the walls and ceiling of a darkened room. There are two pattern discs provided and all you need to do is select the pattern you want to create, place the disc in the projector, add the cover and switch on. You can scroll through the following different colours; red, green, blue, red-green, blue-green, red-blue, or RGB then set the projector at your colour of choice. There is also the option to set the projector to automatically scroll through all of the colours.
