An outer copper layer provides excellent heat conductivity and a sleek, attractive look. An inner aluminium layer distributes and retains heat without hotspots, while a stainless steel layer gives a food-safe, easy-to-clean cooking surface. Ergonomic handles with double riveting are for secure, fuss-free handling. Oven safe up to 250C, this Chasseur chef pan is suitable for most cooktops, except for induction and halogen.
