Our Olympic Bumper Plates are designed for use in Olympic weightlifting, cross fit, and general gym use. Designed to IWF standards, our plates are 450mm in diameter. Considerably denser and thinner than comparable bumper plates, you’ll fit more weights onto the bar.

Built for intense use, our Bumper Plates are encased in a heavy duty rubber. A steel ring core allows you to easily slide the plate on and off your Olympic barbell.

With a 50mm diameter hole, our Bumper Plates are compatible with any Olympic 50mm sleeve bar.
