Uniwide’s Gel Soles feature a dual gel to effectively absorb micro shocks and help reduce excessive pressure of walking or daily activities. The firmer gel provides impact cushioning for heels, knees & ankles.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
• Trim to fit if necessary. Cut along the outline that matches your shoe size or use your original insole as a guide.
• For best results, remove existing insole and replace with Uniwide’s Gel Sole energising insert with gel side down.
• Replace the insoles when showing signs of wear.
(Every 6 months is recommended)
