Tasting Notes

There is gentle minerality supporting flavours of nectarine, citrus and fresh cut apple. Limited maturation on lees adds complexity, leading to oh so gentle ginger spice in a very clean, refreshing finish.

We hand selected fruit from our Cassini Vineyard, enabling our wine to truly reflect the immaculate Kangaroo Island climate conditions. Bright lemon in colour, our Kangaroo Island Pinot Gris exhibits fresh nashi pear, white peach and honeysuckle blossom aromas.
