This mixed case of Red and White wines includes a great variety for all wine lovers. 2016 Chardonnay - Matured for 3 months on new & seasoned French oak, we have created our take on a Hunter Valley Chardonnay with a balanced mouth feel, medium tanins & supportive oak notes. 2016 Semillon - Modern take on Hunter Valley Semillon, we have sourced Semillon from our Hayshed block and created a wine with vibrant aromas of Kaffir Lime, Lemon Citrus & spice. 2016 Rose - Left to age and mature, this has been laid to rest in order to develop the additional level of richness and structure that combine to create a rose with great depth of colour that surprises the consumer with a Provencial medium-dry finish. 2016 Verdelho - A classic take on Hunter Valley Verdelho, presenting key flavours of the varietal of tropical fruits, melon & citrus. This has been a great year and presents outstanding varietal expression from the fruit. 2014 Fern Hill Staghorn - Red wine blend of Shiraz & Pinot Noir. 2015 Fern Hill Elkhorn - White wine blend of Semillon, Chardonnay & Verdelho.
