Directions:
Nitro-Tech 100% Whey Gold Protein
- Mix 1 scoop with 177mL of cold water or skim milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and before and after exercise.
Platinum Glutamine
- Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 236mL of water or your favourite sports beverage and consume 1-2 times daily.For optimal results, take 2 servings (2 scoops) daily.
- On workout days, take 1 serving 45-60 minutes before workout and 1 serving 15-30 minutes after your workout.
