Organic Hibiscus Tea
Hibiscus (Hibiscus species) has benefits of reducing blood pressure, cholesterol levels, aids the immune and digestive systems, and acts as an anti-inflammatory.
Another interesting benefit of this tea is that it speeds up metabolism which promotes gradual and safe weight loss.
As our version of this tea is quite strong, you can reuse the same leaves up to three times. Also good chilled! (maybe even better).

Brewing
- Place 1-2 whole (or the equivalent of ) hibiscus flowers within strainer and then add boiling water. You should see the flowers release a red to purple color.
- Allow the hibiscus tea to steep for approximately 1 minute. Brew the tea longer for a stronger flavor or for a shorter period for a lighter tea.

Justyn - "I make 2-3 litres of hibiscus & hawthorn tea at a time before refrigerating it and enjoying it over ice. For 3 litres I use about 6 tbsp of Hibiscus and 1 tbsp of Hawthorn. It is so good I drink around a litre or more of the stuff a day! Great product, great service, great health"
