    • Power on the thermometer, press the Set button for 2 seconds, LCD will display F1 ( temperature unit conversion ) - F2 ( temperature alarm setting ) - F3 ( temperature excursion setting ) - F4 ( on / off buzzer ), and press the + / - button to adjust the setting
