Spaniards Bridge is actually based up in Gisborne on the North Island, where they knock out a killer Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. But for Sauvignon Blanc? From New Zealand? The last few years have been proof that's tough to go past the #1 region for the stuff. So they trek down to Marlborough for the grapes, then we trek the wine out to you. Simple!
