Tasting Notes

Lifted aromas of chocolate and dark cherries, combine with a richly flavoured palate of spicy, ripe plum and subtle oak. The wine is round and generous, balancing soft tannins and a lingering fresh fruit finish.

Technical Notes

Selected Cabernet Sauvignon from quality Langhorne Creek vineyards was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure.
