Tasting Notes
This Pinot Grigio displays lifted aromas of citrus fruits, pear, and lime. The palate is clean with crisp acidity and a lovely array of floral and fruit flavours, that give the wine both balance and length.
Technical Notes
A cooler start to the growing season was followed by a warm and very dry start to vintage. While fruit ripened quickly, it maintained good natural acid and sugar levels, producing wines of flavour and balance.
