Payments - Gift card

If you encounter an invalid message error when entering your gift card number and pin, please take a screenshot and contact this 1300 222 824 or customerservice@catch.com.au and our Customer Service Team will assist you further.

If you have an unredeemed gift card balance but can't recall the card details, please contact us at 1300 222 824 or customerservice@catch.com.au, and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you

If you have an unused gift card balance, please visit our Help Centre. Select the 'Gift Card' tile and follow the steps to enter your details.

Payments - Store credit

As of 1 May 2025 Catch will proactively refund all Store Credits.  If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us on 1300 222 824 or customerservice@catch.com.au.

My Account

Visit Catch.com.au and click on 'Enquries', select 'My Data and Privacy' from the subject drop down and enter your details and a short description of your concern. One of our Customer Service Team will be in touch shortly. 

Customer and order details will be deleted from Catch's system seven fiscal years after your last purchase.
