We propose the engineering plastic moulds for candles. They are suitable for filling in wax, paraffin and other base. The material is resistant to high and low temperature (to 120°С), that's why the moulds are not crackled and not broken down in service. Plastic can contact with the paraffin additives and acid conditions without any hurting. Due to plastics durability the candle moulds can be used an unlimited number of times.

The moulds are divided into a body and a lid to take a candle out comfortably. We recommend to grease with silicone or oil the mould before filling in for easy taking out. There is a hole in the centre of the lid to pull a wick. Use boiling water for cleaning the mould after taking the candle out.

The lower temperature is, the more mat candle surface is. The higher temperature of the filling is, the smoother surface is. But it is necessary to remember that the higher temperature of paraffin filling is, the more difficult it will be to take a candle out the mould. If the temperature is too low, the candle will be too porous. It is impossible to get ideal smooth candle out of these moulds. The paraffin temperature for filling in the mould depends on a paraffin grade and its melting temperature. If it is difficult to take the candle out the mould, so put the candle in the mould into a freezer for 20-30 minutes, then take the candle out. It is also possible to heat the mould with a candle by a hair dryer and take the candle out. Before filling in make sure that the hole for a wick is closed for the avoidance of candle mass loss.
