The color of this wine is a rich, deep red with excellent intensity. The bouquet is balanced with juicy forest berries and dark plum characters. The palate is well structured with persistent acidity and tannin. This charming, simply elegant wine is both approachable when young, but is also showing potential for further improvement with age.

Pinot Noir ;pairs well with a wide range of ;foods—fruitier versions make a great match with salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken or pasta dishes; bigger, more tannic Pinots are ideal with duck and other game birds, casseroles or, of course, stews like beef bourguignon.
