12 X Mandioca Cassava Pieces pre-cooked vacuum packed- Vapza 500g

Cassava root pieces (Aipim or Mandioca) vaccum packed 500g steam cooked ready to finish your way. As they are pre-cooked its easy to finish them off by frying in oil or baking in the oven for great tasting healthy cassava chips or Mandioca Frita (Aipim).

Directions for use:

With scissors, cut both sides of the desired portion. Lightly compress the package, leaving the loose content. Place in a suitable container (rack), pass the product in running water and drain well. Season with salt to taste and use in various preparations. ATTENTION! For frying, the product should be well dried.
TO FRY: In a medium pan "shallow", put the oil and let it heat up well. Place the yuccas/cassava slowly in and fry, without stirring, until golden brown. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt and serve.
