The mechanism is fully adjustable, producing grinds ranging from very coarse to powdery fine.

Made of stainless-steel and treated against corrosion, it is adjustable and offers a precise, uniform grind. Enjoy your favourite dry salt or salt blend, as long as the size of the crystals is below 4mm. If you’re looking to grind grey salt or Celtic salt, we recommend Peugeot’s ceramic mechanism featuring a patented anti-clogging mechanism has been engineered specifically for wet salt.
