Directions: 

1. Place blocks in fridge or freezer
2. When cold or frozen cut open one end
3. Sip/suck solution slowly and frequently at the first signs of illness. Do not mix or dilute the solution with any other liquid.
4. Blocks can be eaten at room temperature
