Directions:

  • Light Load: Take 1 level 5mL metric teaspoon 5 times per day in divided does for 1 week followed by 1 level 5mL metric teaspoon per day for 30 days.
  • Heavy Load: Take 1 level 5mL metric teaspoon 5 times per day in divided does for 3-4 weeks.
