It has two sides, one for brushed stainless steel and one for polished stainless steel. Measures 32 cm in length by 32 cm in width. • Wash separately before first use. After using, rinse and wring and hang to air dry. If grimy, machine wash using a small amount of detergent in water up to 60 degrees celsius and tumble or air dry.
