We used winemaking techniques traditional in the Northern Rhone Valley of France such as whole bunch ferments to add structure and co-fermenting with a touch of Viognier to lift aromatics. Spices, black and red fruit overlay an elegant structure and firm acidity, both hallmarks of this region.
