Tasting Notes
Matured in new French oak hogsheads for 22 months, the wine exhibits a complex but firm tannin structure and ripe fruit characters. The wine has excellent fruit concentration, good palate weight and an elegant nose. Only 800 cases produced.
Technical Notes
This is a classic full flavoured Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon with fruit sourced from our \\\'Killian Vineyard\\\' centrally located in Coonwarra. The mature cabernet block is narrow-row planted, producing lower yields of intense ripe fruit.
