The IMR30 differs from our smaller Italian made mixers in that the top section is raisable and the bowl is removable, The specially shaped spiral allows for a perfectly mixed dough in just a few minutes. The bowl, spiral, as well as the central column and the protection grid are made from high quality stainless steel. The gearbox of this mixer designed to be as quiet as possible with an oil bath gearbox.
