The bowl, spiral, the central column as well as the protection grid is made from high quality stainless steel. The shape of the dough hook in our spiral mixers is specifically designed to perfectly mix dough in just a few minutes. The gearbox of this mixer designed to be as quet as possible with an oil bath gearbox.
