Ever wanted to manage a super-futuristic ant farm? This kit includes everything you need to do just that! The ant farm habitat is about 6" high, 10" wide, and 1.5" thick and is filled with transparent bright green gel. The gel is formulated to provide all the nutrients and moisture ants need to survive, so there is no need for feeding or watering. The ants are included in the price; simply submit the online code and you will receive 25-30 non-breeding adult harvester work ants (ants may take 3-6 weeks for delivery). Drop the ants into the habitat and watch them make tunnels, work, clean, communicate, and more. The colony usually survives for 1-3 months. The Ant Farm has an LED light module in the bottom (which requires 2 AAA batteries, not included) so the green gel and the tunnels light up! For an even cooler ant farm, individual habitats can be hooked together for as big of a colony as you can imagine!
