Can I return my order?
If you'd like to return your Eve order please note: you must contact us via your Catch account within 15 days of the invoice date to receive authorisation. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an Eve error, your refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price, nor the cost of shipping the products back to Eve.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
No, we do not offer a refund if you change your mind.
What can I do if my order is faulty or defective?
If your order is faulty or damaged you can return it once our Customer Service has approved the return.
Eve will assess the request and email next steps via the Catch Messaging System.

Will I get a refund?
Yes if the item is faulty or damaged. You will be refunded via the same payment method you paid. This will either be a full refund or partial refund.
How long will it take to get a refund?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but please be aware that it can take up to 21 days to process a return during busy periods.
Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses OR Parcel Lockers. In the event a PO Box/Parcel Locker address is provided, our Customer Service team will contact you and request an alternative address which may result in delays with shipping your order.
What is the warranty?
If you purchase directly from the Eve Online Shop or an authorized Eve reseller, a one year warranty will apply.
