Ballarini Bologna Frying Pan 28cm features a non-stick, mineral stone Granitium internal coating for extreme durability.

The non-stick coating enables healthier styles of cooking, as the addition of cooking oils or butter is not required.

Ergonomically-designed heat insulating soft-touch handles ensure the perfect grip and safe use.

Withstands temperatures of up to 250°C when grilling and 160°C when cooking in the oven

Suitable for gas, electric, radiant rings and plates and induction cooktops.

The Thermopoint heat indicator on the handle of the frying pan shows when the pan has reached the perfect cooking temperature:

Red means the pan is ready.

Green means the pan is safe to touch and wash.
