OVERVIEW
The 5 piece cheese board set from Stanley Rogers consists of a bamboo platter, 3 cheese knives anda cheese fork. The platter has a built-in knife tray and dimensions of 39cm by 19.5cm with a depth of 3.5cm. Use the platter to serve not only cheese, but also crackers, fresh fruit, nuts, dried fruit, pasta, and bread. Serve light cheese with lighter textured bread and crackers and intense cheese with more substantial bread. To release the full flavor andcharacteristics of the cheese, bring it to room temperature before serving, but leave it in its wrapping until serving.

Care instructions:
- Clean with warm soapy water then rinse and dry immediately
- Do not place in the dishwasher - Do not submerge the board in water as this will cause the wood to swell and warp when the drying process begins to protect and enhance the appearance of the cheeseboard
- Apply a light coating of vegetable oil to the surface to remove odours from the wood, rub salt into the wood when it is dry and then rinse thoroughly.
