Bark Naturals Digesti- Boost is formulated with BOTH a prebiotic & probiotic to promote important tasks in your pet's gut. Digesti-Boost remains stable until actually in the gut, bowel or colon, when it becomes an active full spectrum formula which treats this entire area with maximum effectiveness.

Inulin, known as a polysaccride, is a soluble fibre classed as a fructan. Fructans are indigestible by the body but are loved by the good bacteria in the gut. A daily intake of inulin promotes immune system function. This works by enhancing the bifidobacteria in the colon. Inulin has been shown to inhibit harmful pathogens in the intestine that could otherwise hurt the gut.

Green foods are some of the densest sources of nutrition that can be eaten. Not only because they are low in calories but they support a healthy gut. Shatavari is widely recognised as providing health benefits for our digestive tract. These health benefits involve a special area of digestive support by providing a unique type of carbohydrate called a polyfructan. Unlike most other carbs it doesn't get broken down until it reaches the large intestine and once it reaches the large intestine it becomes a great food source for certain types of bacteria like biffidobacteria and lactobacteria. It is high in chlorophyll content which ensures it will help decrease inflammation.
