Directions:

• A total of 3 cups per day, while on the 28-day program, is recommended
• Slim: Drink 1 cup in the morning before breakfast, and 1 cup in the afternoon, about 3 hours before dinner. After 28 days, reduce to 1 cup daily for maintenance.
• Colon Cleanse: Drink 1 cup in the evening, about 1 hour before bedtime
• Acai Berry/Complexion: Drink 2-3 cups per day
• Body Scrub: Patch test first and wait 24 hours. Apply generously to wet skin over your entire body, massaging in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly.
