Just like the ever-productive beaver, our head brewer has been busily burying himself in malt and hops, building a dam(!) good dark ale. Cascade hops and malty character combine to create a well balanced brew you’ll eagerly wrap your claws around. Brew it with the freshest spring water possible for a clean, un-compromising finish.
