Tollana Padthaway Chardonnay 2017
Produced using Adelaide Hills and Padthaway fruit, this is an expressive Chardonnay with freshness and complexity. Aromas of ripe yellow peaches, honeydew melon, lemon and vanilla waft out of the glass, whilst the palate is generously fruited, with peaches and cream flavours, a rounded mouth feel from the subtle use of oak, and a smooth, satisfying finish. Simply delicious.

Wolf Blass Private Release Chardonnay 2017
An elegant, fruit driven Chardonnay, rich with aromas of pear and white peach, which just a touch of gentle spicy oak. Soft, round and creamy, the palate has bright, juicy stonefruit flavours and a long, generous finish.

Wolf Blass Reserve Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Zesty lemon juice, passionfruit and guava characters give the palate body and flavour, while a crisp green bean note adds to the wine’s complexity and depth. A flavoursome wine with a long, refreshing finish.

Island Tribe New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc 2019
Lifted aromas of passionfruit, exotic tropical fruit and fresh herbs engage the senses. Rich lush flavours of passionfruit and tropical fruits meld with subtle layers of fresh herbs and lifted floral notes. The mouthfeel is softly textured with gentle acidity providing great length on the palate. The fruit flavours linger to a gentle textural finish.

Peter Lehmann Art and Soul Pinot Grigio 2018
Crafted by winemaker Ian Hongell from Barossa Valley fruit, this Art & Soul Pinot Grigio was made in the traditional Italian style and is perfect to enjoy with light summer salads served with salmon gravlax. Pale lemon in the glass, it opens with bright citrus, fresh-cut grass and green apple on the nose. Fresh and vibrant, the palate delivers clean, lightly spicy apple, green pear and honeydew melon fruit.

Tyrrell's Old Winery Verdelho 2019
