New Borner Roko Powerline Grater - White
With the original Borner Roko grater, you can cut fruit and vegetables into fine, thin julienne strips. Our julienne cutter cuts root vegetables such as carrots, celery, parsnips or kohlrabi, but you can also grate potatoes or cucumbers and cut them into fine julienne strips, e.g. for raw vegetable salads. The rows of blades, which are ground on both sides, cut large quantities in a very short time, as cutting can be done in both directions. The julienne cutter is perfect for preparing pan-fried vegetables, e.g. Wok vegetables. In addition, the Roko Powerline can be used ideally as a zucchini spaghetti cutter and conjure up delicious dishes.
