Bowmore 18 Year Old 700mL Bottle

Gentle on the palate for an Islay single malt, Bowmore 18 Year Old is remarkably well balanced and as smooth as the polished brass it resembles in the glass. Perfumed and fruity to the nose it does strike the palate with the classic Bowmore peat smoke and citrus tang but well tempered by notes of stewed fruits, grapes, plum jam and a slight caramel sweetness. Bowmore 18 Year Old's finish is exceptionally long, as you would expect from an 18 year old, leaving Seville orange marmalade, orchard blossoms and dark peat lingering on the tongue.
