14 Days Refund Return Policy:

  • Our priority is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return your product to us within 14 days after receiving your item. We will refund you the original product cost, excluding freight charges.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed.
  • Please note:

    The item must be returned in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf).

    The item must NOT be opened, used or damaged, and must be in perfect condition when returned.

    You must NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

    30 Days Delegation of Authority (D.o.A) Warranty Policy:

  • This warranty applies if you believe that your product is faulty and is valid within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Please submit a support ticket to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. FancyLife will not accept returns without prior authorisation and an RMA number.
  • When your item is returned, the support team will determine whether the product is faulty and offer you the following options:
  • If the item diagnosed as faulty:

    Replacement. We will ship a replacement of the same product, or an equivalent model with your postage refund. You must present the original postage receipt, or the postage will follow our shipping cost standard on the specific product.

    Repair. You may have the product repaired with your postage refund. You must present the original postage receipt, or the postage will follow FancyLife shipping cost standard on the specific product. However, once you choose this option, you may not request replacement.

    Refund. This option is only available if an equivalent replacement or repair cannot be provided. We may offer a refund at the original purchase price (excluding freight) and your postage.

    If the item is diagnosed as not faulty:

    You will have the item back to you again by self-pick-up or shipped on your own cost. Cost will follow our shipping cost standard on the specific product. Further, if we determine that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not faulty, we may impose up to a $35 handling fee.

    Standard Warranty Return Policy:
