Brook Eden 2013 Riesling is a very pale lemon in colour, suggesting green apple, lime and pear to come. This wine does not disappoint as the flavours layer together to provide a bright refreshing palate with subtle hints of rose petal and deeper tropical fruit. Wonderful drinking now and will cellar until late 2020s.
