This paring knife has a 10cm blade and is made and designed by the incomparable Cara Knives.
Cara knives are made from zirconium oxide, one of the highest quality ceramic materials. A special production process is used to sinter the zirconium oxide micro crystals under high pressure at approximately 1,800oC, producing a material that is considerably harder than steel. Custom manufacturing process is used to whet and polish the material, which delivers a tough, sharp ceramic blade capable of giving a smooth and clean cut every time.
