Like many Cedarwood varieties, Atlas essential oil is a popular choice for grounding oneself and calming the overactive mind.
Uses: Skincare: Dilute 6 drops of Cedarwood to 10ml of Carrier oil and apply to moderate skin conditions including acne, dermatitis, dandruff.
Mind: Diffuse when you're looking to relax.
