Pale straw, with golden hue. The wine is bright lifted and lively showing limes, delicate tropical fruit, gooseberry and spice with a touch of lychee. This is a very fresh and lively style of sauvignon blanc, that displays tropical fruits with a touch of struck match and grassy notes. There is a generous mid-palate sweetness that finishes with a lovely fine lingering acidity, so characteristic of sauvignon blanc from southern Margaret River.
