Chasing Clouds Shiraz is simply inspired by the location of it's Estate vineyard. The wine is sourced from higher elevations above 500m.

As well as this Chasing Clouds are well on their continual quest to reach greater heights in wine-making.

A full bodied red, with black pepper spice notes, a generous ripe fruit, that combine nicely with oak derived from chocolate and vanilla notes. The palate brings softly texture with chewy tannins, delivering structure to the Shiraz.

Enjoy with roast or barbecued red meats, or mature hard cheeses.

The wines provide intense flavours, and even berry ripening due to the low yield vines, whilst they retain the characteristic of their high elevation territory.
