De Bortoli Winemaker Selection Chardonnay 750mL Case of 6

De Bortoli's Winemaker Selection Chardonnay is a pure expression of the grapes, which are grown in Riverina, New South Wales. This white wine is pale straw in colour, with a sweet nose of biscuity oak and tropical pineapple. These flavours are the first that are apparent on the palate, which is dominated by citrus, white nectarine, and softer ripe stone fruits, like yellow peaches, which then leads to a long, clean finish. While it's had a bit of oak aging to mellow the flavours and blend harmoniously, this wine isn't as oaky as some Chardonnays. Enjoy this with roasted squab or rabbit and fresh salad.
