Prebiotics play an important role in the effectiveness of Ultimate Biotic, with the unique blend of 5 different soluble and insoluble fibres (prebiotics) ensures the good bacteria can make it through the harsh stomach environment to your large intestines. These fibres also have a number of other wonderful benefits in the colon, including:

Suggested Use: Mix 1/8 tsp in non-acidic juice (such as apple or grape) and let sit for 10 minutes. Consume 10 minutes before food, twice daily for best results. It is not necessary to mix with non-acidic juice and let sit, it simply provides an added benefit. Alternatively, mix in water, smoothie or breakfast/food. Ultimate Biotic does not have flavour so it can be easily added to food without changing the flavour of your food/smoothie.
