Ems Table Shiraz is an Organic, Preservative free wine, packed with aromas of rich blackberry, and plum, which are then blended with vanillin oak.

Ems Table is as you picture it, a place where the family and friends meet for delicious homemade food and great chat. Here at the table Memories are created and celebrated which symbolises all the things in our lives which should be present, good food, good wine, and good company.

This is certified Organic Shiraz from Mount Lofty Ranges, in SA. This wine is produced from quality fruit, then delicately handled at Macaw Creek under supervision from NASAA who approve Organic certification.

The wine is sterile filtered and bottled early in the wine making process to help retain its freshness and enables it to age for between 5 - 8 years like a conventional red wine.
