The F70 Functional Trainer is engineered to be a perfect all-in-one strength machine, with a robust commercial steel frame, sealed bearing pulleys and a cable rating of 500kg+. From isolating smaller muscles to training full body explosive movements, the F70 provides versatility that other strength equipment can't. The design of the F70 is simple yet effective, as we look at functionality and compact footprint of the unit for a complete all-in-one strength machine.

Functional Trainer, Dual Cable CrossoverThe Cable System of the F70 allow you to work most muscle groups in a variety of ways, and the cable system is safe to use for all age groups capable of resistance training. The high/low cable pulley system of the F70 offer's 12 height positions that allow the user to perform exercises safely in every plane of movement. A combined 136KG or 2x 68KG (150lbs) Iron Weight Stacks on either side allow you to switch weight quickly with a magnetic pin, so you can keep the intensity of the workout high.
Linear Bearing Smith MachineThe F70 Smith Machine comes with a unique linear bearing system which makes the movement ultra smooth even under a heavier load. The durability and safety is never compromised, with a scure gun-rack locking mechanism and easily adjustable safety catches. The smith machine barbell features machined diamond cut knurling for a firm and comfortable grip.
Half RackOne of the top qualities of the F70 Functional Trainer, compared to similar model's on the market is its robust and tough commercial steel frame (70mm x 40mm, 3mm thick steel). The F70 half rack is built to be durable and withstand the toughest of workouts. The "Half Rack Option" has 70mm x 40mm uprights that allow the user to lift heavy and maximise their training using compound exercises Equipped with J-Hooks & Spotter Arms, that ear easily adjusted to suit any height position required.
