Gaggia has chosen to use ceramic because as it prevents overheating of coffee beans, and is great for durability and quiet brewing. The Memo function allows you to adjust your coffee's length and strength and save these settings for later.

Quick Hot Water to Brew and Steam Milk Thanks to quick heat boiler technology, you can pump out espresso for everyone in the room without waiting between cups. The automatic milk frother features a cyclonic chamber to produce a velvety milk foam; it will draw milk from your jug and dispense it directly into your cup. Every time you switch the machine on or off, an automatic cleaning cycle will commence, rinsing out the coffee circuit to ensure your next cup tastes fresh. The brewing group is the heart and soul of this machine, and it can be removed for cleaning under a steady flow of water.
