The super sharp blades offer four different variations: spiral cuts across the whole width of the vegetable, or create julienne spirals of 3mm, 6mm or 12mm via the adjustable cutting wheel. Simply open the lid to fill with vegetables (or fruit) of your choice then turn the handle to operate. The finished spirals or juliennes are collected in the detachable (non-slip), lidded container and the entire slicer can be cleaned in the dishwasher when you're finished.
