PRODUCT GOALS.

COLD USE

Place naked gel pack in a freezer for at least 2 ½ hours prior to use or place in a mixture of heavily iced water until cold. Remove, dry & wrap in a towel or cover.

HOT USE

MICROWAVE METHOD : Immerse naked gel pack in a microwave safe container filled with water. Microwave at MEDIUM power for up to 60 seconds. Check if HOT enough. If additional heat is required, microwave in 15 second intervals at HIGH, until the desired heat level is achieved. Towel dry & wrap in a towel or insert into fabric bag.
BOILING METHOD : Bring 3-4 ltrs of water to the boil & remove from heat. Submerge the naked gel pack into hot water for up to 10 minutes (less if the pack was already at room temperature). Remove. Towel dry & wrap in a towel or insert into fabric bag.
