As the season affects each clone differently, keeping them separte allows only the best barrels to be selected for this wine. The palate is smooth and very drinkable with lashings of red berry flavours and elegant fine tannins on the drying finish. Try this wine with a wild duck dish or enjoy a glass or two with family and friends.
