Directions:

• Use 180-220mL of liquid per one scoop of powder
• SHAKE: Add 1-2 level scoops to 180-460mL of cold water or your favourite beverage. Shake for 10-15 seconds. 
• STIR: Add 1-2 level scoops to 230-460mL of cold water or your favourite beverage and stir until dissolved
• BLEND: Add 1-2 level scoops to 180-460mL of cold water or your favourite beverage and blend for 5-10 seconds. You may add 2-3 ice cubes for a frosted shake
