Lightweight & Breathable
Giro have redesigned the upper from previous models to combine supple synthetic fibre with mesh panels for increased breathability and a much lighter overall weight. For shoe/cleat protection they also have a mid-foot scuff guard.

GIRO CARBIDE R II SHOES feature a supportive EVA footbed to enhance comfort inside the shoe while a stout injected nylon outer sole helps transfer power instantly to the pedals to further improve your connection to the bike.
